1. How do I change or cancel my online reservation booked using Concur Travel?
Cancellations or changes to car rentals and/or hotels may be done online. Sign in and go to your home page and left click on the link associated with the trip to access the itinerary and make the needed adjustments.
Due to possible additional fees, changes and cancellations for ticketed air travel must be made through an agent.
All changes/cancellations are subject to imposed fees by the airlines, hotel/ resort properties, cruise lines or car rental agencies. Remember to read all terms and conditions of your reservation to see if cancellation or change fees apply.
2. How can I view or change my profile in Concur Travel?
Sign in and go to your home page in Concur Travel. In the upper margin, place your cursor on Profile, then click on Personal Information. Make the needed changes, then click on any of the Save buttons.
3. How do I confirm the travel arrangements I just purchased online using Concur Travel?
Once you have completed your booking online, you will receive a confirmation via e-mail. You will receive another e-mail once the ticket has been issued.
